Hello, I am “Justin’s Sister” which is how I prefer to be known and referred to.  My brother Justin was my Soul's twin and my best friend.  On April 12th, 2021, my world was shattered.  At 6:21pm CST I picked up the phone to hear my sister-in-law’s voice.   My Spirit instantly knew something was very wrong.  I heard her say “he is gone, Justin is gone” he took his life.   No sibling should ever have to hear those words.

It has been 43 weeks (when I am writing this) since my brother left this world.  I started this sibling support group as part of my healing process and in the hope of being there for other sibling survivors who have lost their brother or sister to suicide.   When you don’t get the chance to say “goodbye” to the person who has been with you and shared your life journey thus far, it is hard to know where to begin again.
