“Grief is an authentic reaction to loving.  If we had not loved so deeply, we would not grieve so deeply.  Grief and love are inextricably intertwined.” 

To whomever is reading this and has loss someone who is your heart, I will stand in that sacred space of grief, with you.   I may not know your name or the name of your beloved, but I know the place of where your heart and Spirit resides.  My thoughts and prayers include you today.
